Privacy policy
What we collect, and why.
1. Who we are
Nuntiva is a product of Dahan Digital (Israeli business no. 214266900), based in Israel, referred to in this policy as “we”. This policy explains what personal data is collected on nuntiva.ai, through the contact form and in the Nuntiva service, why, how long it's kept, and what your rights are.
2. Visiting the website
- The site sets no marketing or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers or pixels.
- Like any website, the server logs incoming requests (IP address, browser type, page and time) for security and operations. These logs are kept for a limited time and deleted automatically.
- Our network-protection provider may set a strictly necessary technical cookie to detect malicious traffic.
- The contact form keeps a draft of what you typed in your own browser only, so it isn't lost if the page reloads. The draft is never sent to us, and it's deleted when you close the tab or after you send the form.
3. The “we'll set it up for free” form
| What we collect | Your name, phone number and business name, plus your industry and a question or message if you add them. We also store the page language, the page you sent it from and the time. Your IP address and browser type are stored with the enquiry and used only for security and to prevent repeated submissions. |
|---|---|
| Why | To contact you about setting up your agent and to answer your question. We won't send you marketing without separate consent. |
| Do you have to? | There's no legal obligation, and it's up to you. But without a name, phone number and business name we can't get back to you. |
| Who receives it | Dahan Digital. It's stored on our servers in Europe, and a notification is emailed to our team through an email provider that may operate outside Europe. It isn't shared with anyone else, except the hosting, infrastructure and email providers that process it for us. |
| How long | Up to 24 months from the day you send it. Then it's deleted, and backup copies expire within six months after that. |
4. Console users
- Account details: name, email, password (stored hashed, never as plain text), invoice details, the team members you invite and your signed-in devices. A strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in.
- Your business and agent settings: facts, prices, the agent's name and photo, and content scanned from your website at your request.
- Purpose: providing the service, securing it, supporting you and, later, billing by plan.
- Data is kept while your account is active. When the account is closed, we delete it from our systems, and backup copies expire within six months, except where the law requires us to keep it.
5. People who call a business that uses Nuntiva
- When you talk to a business's agent, the business controls the data and we hold and process it on its behalf only.
- The agent introduces herself as an AI at the start of the call, and a call is recorded only after an announcement.
- We store the call transcript, the details given on the call (such as a name, phone number or licence plate), the outcome and, if the business turned recording on, the recording.
- Parts of call processing, such as speech recognition, understanding the request and producing the voice, run at infrastructure and AI providers that work for us. Some of them are outside Israel and Europe, including in the United States.
- We use this data only to provide the service to the business, secure it and fix problems, on the business's instructions, and for no other purpose.
- For a request about a specific call, contact the business you called. We'll help it handle the request.
6. Where data is stored, and how it's protected
Our servers and backups are in Europe. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to authorised staff. The service is meant for businesses, not for children.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Contact us through the form on the home page (write “privacy request” in the message), or open a case from the console's Support tab. We reply within 30 days. If you don't get an answer, you can contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.
8. Changes
When we update this policy, we'll publish the new version here with its date. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page.
